YEMI is the Managing Partner at Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates/Estatelinks Limited. He has been in the real estate space for over 2 decades, he was with the firm of Bode Adediji Partnership (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) for 5 years where he rose to become a Senior Estate Surveyor before moving over to Fine & Country Int. Realty as a Senior Manager with opportunity of international real estate exposure. He joined Estatelinks Limited in 2009 and became the Managing Partner in October 2023.

YEMI is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, African Real Estate Society and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has delivered papers on Real Estate related topics both within and outside the Country and also benefited from courses, conferences and seminars within and outside Nigeria including University of Reading, UK and Havard University, USA.

Yemi is currently a member of the Compensation Committee on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road project by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

He is an avid badminton player and the founder of VGC Estate Badminton club.
