Osagie Alfred RSV, FMP is a trained, experienced and certified real estate professional with over 18 years of professional practice. His specialization is in the field of real estate asset management where he combines his skills in Governance, risk management, advisory, research, facilities management, property management, investment decisional analysis, and dispute resolution in assisting his clients achieve sustainable and optimised returns on their portfolios.

His corporate service employment includes Stanbic IBTC Holding Company where he made hundreds of real estate investment decisions valued at N24bn at the time not counting commercial deals structuring. As a turnaround specialist, Osagie has audited residential and commercial portfolios of notable companies in Nigeria which include the auditing of the real estate portfolio of a closed pension fund valued at NGN22bn; optimised returns on the residential portfolio of an asset management company by delivering a growth of 80% within a ten (10) month period. a major whilst also assisting organisations to structure and strengthen their asset management functions via direct advisory engagements.

As a deep lover of knowledge, he has had Postgraduate and Executive Education trainings at The College of Estate Management, Reading UK, and the prestigious Lagos Business School, Lagos, EACB Executive Leadership Programme, Columbia Engineering Executive Education.

Over the last decade, Osagie acquired the Facility Management Professional credential with IFMA through Leoron Professional Development Institute, Dubai, UAE, joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), London. As an accredited mediator with the RICS, Osagie has represented clients in real estate related disputes and has trained several mediators on the RICS platform. Osagie is a member of the Executive, NIESV Lagos State Branch and the Secretary General, International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Nigeria. His professional volunteering service includes the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), Africa FM Standards Committee, etc.

As a trained Life Coach, he engages in coaching and mentoring young professionals in and outside the built environment. He perfectly blends knowledge of international best practice and global trends with local peculiarities in delivering value to key stakeholders. He has facilitated training sessions at the Knight Frank Academy, BRG Academy and CWRE Academy and several in-house sessions for real estate companies. He has honoured both international and local speaking engagements including appearances on radio, television stations and The Roundtable Podcast being hosted by Homework Group.
