With a distinguished career focused on Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa, he specializes in delivering institutional-grade valuation, investment advisory, and strategic growth solutions. His expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including land acquisition, investment sales, joint venture structuring, development financing, asset management, and corporate real estate advisory. He is also at the forefront of industry trends in valuation reliability and accuracy, sustainability, real estate data analytics and financial market stability. 

Under his leadership, Akinropo has been instrumental in executing over $2.5 billion in real estate and capital markets transactions. Building on prior experience at leading firms like Broll Property Group (CBRE former affiliate) and Global Property and Facilities International, his extensive portfolio includes more than 100,000 multi-housing units and over 2 million square meters of diverse property types, including retail, office, industrial, medical, and data center facilities."

Akinropo is a Registered Surveyor and Valuer and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is also a Registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University.
