His global participation reflects his deep commitment to elevating African real estate to international standards.
Beyond FIABCI, he is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers, and the Nigeria Institute of Management. He is also a member of RICS, the African Real Estate Society, the National Association of Realtors, the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria, and the International Facility Management Association. His community leadership includes serving as Past President of the Jericho Business Club and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
A prolific scholar, Adeniji has authored multiple works on real estate finance, housing deficits, infrastructure development, property rights, and sustainable urban planning—most recently contributing research on youth empowerment through real estate tools and the design of future cities. His career continues to influence policy, develop professionals, and shape best practices across Nigeria and the African region.
